ORDER AFFIRMING THE RECOMMENDED DECISION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE
On February 25, 2004, the United States Magistrate Judge filed her Recommended Decision in this matter. On March 8, 2004, the Plaintiffs filed their Objections to the Recommended Decision and, on the same day, the Defendants filed a Response to the Objections. I have reviewed and considered the Recommended Decision, together with the entire record; I have made a de novo determination of all matters adjudicated by the Recommended Decision; and I concur with the recommendations of the Magistrate Judge for the reasons set forth in her Recommended Decision, and determine that no further proceeding is necessary.
1. Therefore, it is ORDERED that the Recommended Decision of the Magistrate Judge is AFFIRMED:
2. The Plaintiffs' Rule 56(f) Motion is DENIED: and
3. The Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED.
