ORDER
We abated this appeal on April 16, 2018 due to the Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceeding of appellant Byron Mack. See TEX. R. APP. P. 8.2. Appellee has now filed a motion to reinstate with attached certified copies of the Bankruptcy Court's May 22, 2015 "Agreed Order Relative to the Automatic Stay" and February 10, 2016 "Notice of Termination of the Automatic Stay." We GRANT the motion and REINSTATE the appeal. See id. 8.3.
We ORDER appellants' brief be filed no later than May 31, 2018.
