Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 28, 2020 (Case No. 2020-04454), November 9, 2020 (Case No. 2021-02436), March 16, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01561) and June 2, 2021 (Case No. 2021-02562), And defendant-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals and, upon reinstatement, for an extension of time to perfect the appeals.
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the time to perfect the appeals extended to the June 2022 Term, with no further extensions to be granted.
