APPEAL — Contents of Brief — Insufficiency. — Where appellant's brief does not contain any of the pleadings or the judgment from which the appeal is taken, only error assigned being the overruling of motion for new trial, but motion was omitted, no question was presented for review. Rules of Procedure and Practice in Supreme and Appellate Courts, Rule 2-17.

From the St. Joseph Circuit Court; Dan Pyle, Judge.

Action by Macedonia Baptist Church by Ed Dobbs and others, its Board of Deacons, and others against Reverend Lewis Johnson, pastor, and others. From the judgment, the plaintiffs appeal.

Affirmed. By the court in banc.
