Mabe v. Mabe

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Mar 31, 2000
753 So. 2d 796 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 1D99-3180.

Opinion filed March 31, 2000.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Clay County. Frederic A. Buttner, Judge.

Corinne L. Heller, Jacksonville, for Appellant.

Mark H. Mahon of Mahon, Mahon Healey, P.A., Jacksonville, for Appellee.

The former wife appeals, and the former husband cross-appeals, a final judgment of dissolution of marriage. Having carefully reviewed the findings made by the trial court and the evidence presented at the final hearing, we are unable to say that the trial court abused its discretion with regard to any of the challenged rulings. See Canakaris v. Canakaris, 382 So.2d 1197 (Fla. 1980). Accordingly, we affirm.

AFFIRMED.

BOOTH, JOANOS and WEBSTER, JJ., CONCUR.
