ORDER

This case is currently calendared on the Court's Cleveland, Ohio trial session, scheduled to begin October 2, 2023.

On September 11, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. The Court will direct petitioner Zeina Oliva Maamari to file a response to the motion and appear at the above-referenced trial session to be heard on the motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 27, 2023, Ms. Maamari shall file a response to the motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution is set for hearing at the calendar call of the Court's Cleveland, Ohio trial session, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., on October 2, 2023, in Room 3013 at the Celebrezze Federal Building, 1240 East 9th Street, Cleveland, OH 44199. If Ms. Maamari fails to file a response to the motion or fails to appear at the hearing, the Court may grant the motion and enter a decision against her in the amount set forth therein.
