An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 17, 2019,And defendants-appellants having moved to stay enforcement of the aforementioned order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the Notice of Withdrawal of Motion received from defendants-appellants, dated December 6, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid notice.
