Petition for review granted; transferred to Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Five, with directions to issue an order to show cause

Respondent's motion to file the unredacted exhibits in support of its answer under seal is granted. (Cal. Rules of Court, rules 2.550(d), 8.46(d).) In ordering the sealing, this court makes the findings required by California Rules of Court, rules 2.550(d) and 8.46(d)(6). The clerk of this court is directed to file respondent's unredacted exhibits under seal.

The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Five, with directions to vacate its order denying the writ of mandate and to issue an order directing the respondent superior court to show cause why the relief sought in the petition should not be granted. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)

The temporary stay issued by this court on May 20, 2024, shall remain in place pending further order of the Court of Appeal.
