Empire Architectural Metal & Glass Corp., Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Plaza Residential Owner LP, CPS 1 Realty LP and Argonaut Insurance Company, Defendants-Appellants, R.P. Brennan General Contractors & Builders Inc., NYS Department of State, "John Doe No. 1" through "John Doe No. 10", the last ten names being fictitious and unknown to plaintiff, being the persons or entities claiming a lien upon the Premises described herein, Defendants.
An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 2, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated November 30, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
