Before Division One: Lisa White Hardwick, P.J., Cynthia L. Martin, and Thomas N. Chapman, JJ.

ORDER

Per Curiam:

Jeremiah Lynne appeals the judgment of the Boone County Circuit Court denying his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Lynne sought to vacate his convictions for two counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of leaving the scene of an accident and sentence of a total of twenty-four years’ imprisonment, arguing that plea counsel was ineffective for erroneously advising him that he would be granted parole after serving four years of his sentence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reason for the decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
