In an action for the construction of a will and for other relief, defendants appeal from an order denying their motion to dismiss the complaint as insufficient in law. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to defendants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
