Order requiring plaintiff or his attorney to accept a stated sum, to deliver bond and mortgage to defendants, and to execute an assignment thereof affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Seeger, Carswell and Scudder, JJ., concur.
