ORDER

Before the Court are appellant's February 5, 2017 motion to abate the appeal and Kathryn Veech's February 5, 2017 motion to withdraw as counsel.

We GRANT Kathryn Veech's motion to withdraw as counsel.

We GRANT appellant's motion to abate to the extent we ORDER the trial court to appoint new counsel for appellant and file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, a supplemental clerk's record containing the order appointing new counsel.

We ABATE this appeal to allow the trial court to comply with the above order. We will set a due date for filing appellant's brief when we reinstate the appeal. The appeal shall be reinstated thirty days from the date of this order or when the supplemental clerk's record is received, whichever is earlier.
