On March 13, 2023, the respondent filed a Status Report indicating the parties have reached a basis for settlement. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 11, 2023, San Antonio, Texas, Trial Session.  Petitioner is not expected to appear at the calendar call on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.  It is further 

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.  It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 11, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court stipulated decision documents.
