ORDER


For the reasons set forth in the report and recommendation of Magistrate Judge Michael H. Dolinger, to which no objections have been filed, plaintiff's motion for damages is granted. Plaintiffs shall recover of defendants, jointly and severally, damages in the amount of $220,014 together with prejudgment interest in the amount of $198,211.17, In addition, plaintiff shall recover of each of David Ourian and Elliot Zolin punitive damages in the amount of $5,000. Upon entry of final judgment, the Clerk shall close the case.

SO ORDERED.
