ORDER


Plaintiff Wlodzimierz Lukasik has moved pro se for entry of default judgment against Defendant Nicholas B. Missad. The Clerk has not entered default against Defendant Missad. Further, according to the documents attached to the Motion, Defendant Missad has not been served with a copy of the Summons and Complaint. As such, default judgment is improper under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff Wlodzimierz Lukasik's Motion for Default Judgment (Dkt. No. 35) is DENIED.
