Pending in the above-docketed matter is a Motion for Entry of Decision, and first supplement thereto, both filed June 15, 2021, by petitioner. Thereafter, on July 27, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation.
Accordingly, the premises considered, and commensurate with entry of the decision, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's just-referenced Motion for Entry of Decision, as supplemented, is granted.
