Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis. On September 19, 2022, defendants filed a motion for administrative relief re extension of time to file a responsive pleading. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. Defendants' motion for an administrative relief re-extension of time to file a responsive pleading (ECF No. 16) is granted; and
2. The deadline for defendants to file a responsive pleading is extended to December 19, 2022.
