This case is calendared for trial at the Court's February 13, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona trial session. On January 20, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy, informing the Court that Mr. Lucore filed a bankruptcy petition after filing the petition in this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings in this case are stayed. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session and restored to the docket. Jurisdiction is not retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, although all proceedings in this case are stayed, the parties shall, on or before May 19, 2023, file with the Court status reports (or a joint report) as to the then-current status of the related bankruptcy proceedings.
