DECISION PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28

That portion of the judgment awarding damages for emotional distress is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.
