Decided November 6, 1969

Action for a divorce and for other equitable relief, brought to the Superior Court in Fairfield County and referred to Hon. Abraham S. Bordon, state referee; judgment for the plaintiff on the referee's amended report, Doherty, J., from which the plaintiff appealed, and, from the subsequent granting, Tedesco, J., of the plaintiff's motion for the modification of alimony and support awards, the defendant appealed. No error on either appeal.

Sigmund L. Miller, for the appellant-appellee (plaintiff).

Neither the plaintiff on her appeal nor the defendant on his cross appeal has sustained the burden of showing material, prejudicial error requiring a new trial.
