ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

This case was scheduled to be tried at the Court's March 2, 2020, Detroit, Michigan, trial session. On February 18, 2020, respondent filed a Motion to Remand (Doc. 13). By Order dated February 19, 2020, respondent's Motion to Remand was granted and the case was stricken from the Court's March 2, 2022, Detroit, Michigan, trial session and remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals.

On April 21, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 33) informing the Court that the parties have come to an agreement in this case and requesting additional time to secure managerial approval.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before June 24, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
