The petition for writ of mandamus is denied as moot. The defendant's appeal from the order dated May 17, 2012, denying the defendant's pro se motion for post conviction relief, and the order dated July 9, 2012, denying defendant's pro se motion to appoint conflict free counsel shall proceed under case number 3D12–1974.
