ORDER

The Court is in receipt of the motion for summary judgment and related papers. The parties have submitted only excerpts of depositions. While as a general matter the Court appreciates not being burdened with unnecessary paper, in this case the parties have failed to include some of the excerpts cited in their Rule 56.1 Statements. Furthermore, at times the excerpts that are included provide insufficient context.

In order that the Court may review the record meaningfully, the parties are directed to file promptly with the Clerk of Court, with courtesy copies sent to the undersigned's chambers, complete copies of all depositions cited in any papers submitted in connection with the pending summary judgment motion.

SO ORDERED.
