Petitioner is deemed insolvent and may proceed in forma pauperis for purposes of this cause.

Petitioner's June 18, 2012 motion to discharge counsel is denied without prejudice to defendant's right to file the motion in the trial court.

Following review of the “Emergency Petition for Writ of Stay and Prohibition,” it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.
