ORDER

The foregoing petition, the premises, and the law considered:

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED

That Michael J. Matthews be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of Michael J. Matthews be stricken from the Roll of Attorneys; and that Michael J. Matthews be and he hereby is disbarred on his consent, that Michael J. Matthews not apply for reinstatement until restitution is made and that Michael J. Matthews, bear the costs of these proceedings.
