ORDER

The foregoing Petition, the premises, and the law considered.

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED

That Julius X. Johnson be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of Julius X. Johnson be stricken form the Rolls of Attorneys; and that Julius X. Johnson be and hereby is disbarred on his consent, and that the cost of these proceedings are taxed to Julius X. Johnson.
