ORDER

PER CURIAM Robert Louis ("Movant") appeals from the motion court's denial of his amended Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing, finding that the record refutes Movant's allegation that his plea was not voluntarily and knowingly entered. Movant argues that the motion court clearly erred in denying the Rule 24.035 motion because the record does not refute the facts he pled showing that his plea counsel was ineffective for unreasonably failing to move to suppress evidence that was the fruit of a nonconsensual, warrantless search.

A written opinion would have no precedential value nor serve any jurisprudential purpose. We have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the order of the motion court under 84.16(b).
