DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 21, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2021, the time to perfect the appeal was extended until August 11, 2011. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
