An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 7, 2016, And proposed amicus curiae United Policyholders having moved for leave to file a Memorandum of Law Amicus Curiae, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing the movant to file nine copies of a Brief as Amicus Curiae within seven days of this order. The brief is to be in the form of the Memorandum of Law set forth as Exhibit 1 to the motion papers, except that the brief is not to include any appendix or addendum.
