ORDER
Before the status conference scheduled for Thursday. February 19, 2009, the parties are directed to confer and to submit a proposed case schedule for the Court's consideration, including proposed cut-off dates for discovery and dispositive motions. If the parties cannot agree on dates, each party may file its proposed schedule separately.
Counsel are expected to attend the conference in person. In the event unavoidable circumstances prevent personal attendance, counsel should apply to the Court for permission to participate by telephone before February 13, 2009.
