On May 2, 2023, the parties filed with the Court Proposed Stipulated Decisions at docket entries 9, 10, and 11 respectively. Docket entries 9 and 10 are incorrect; containing clerical errors. Therefore, the Court will strike the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decisions, at docket entries 9 and 10. The Proposed Stipulated Decision filed at docket entry 11 is correct, and the Court will accept and enter this Proposed Stipulated Decision.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decisions, filed May 2, 2023, at docket entries 9 and 10, are stricken from the Court's record in this case.
