This cause is before us on appeal from a final judgment awarding attorney fees and costs to the prevailing party in a suit for breach of a construction subcontract. For the reasons set forth in Lord Son Construction, Inc. v. Roberts Electrical Contractors, Inc., 624 So.2d 376 (Fla. 1st DCA 1993), the final judgment is reversed, and this cause is remanded for proceedings consistent herewith.
