MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS
On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists. The parties are to brief the issue stated in the court of appeals' Journal Entry filed December 12, 2005:
"Is a claimant entitled to unemployment compensation when the claimant worked under a fixed-term contract and has completed the term of the contract?"
Sua sponte, cause consolidated with 2005-2375, Lorain Cty. Auditor v. Ohio Unemployment Comp. Review Comm., Lorain App. No. 05CA008679, 2005-Ohio-5807.
