Upon review of the response to this Court's order to show cause, the Court has determined that it should accept jurisdiction in this case. It is ordered that the petition for review is granted, that the Fourth District Court of Appeal's decision in this case is quashed, and this matter is remanded for reconsideration upon application of our decisions in Hernandez v. State, 124 So. 3d 757 (Fla. 2012), reh'g denied (Fla. April 16, 2013), and Castano v. State, 119 So. 3d 1208 (Fla. 2012). No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. POLSTON, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur. A True Copy
