ORDER TO FILE REPORTER'S RECORD
PER CURIAM
This cause is before the Court on the court reporter's request for an extension of time to file the court reporter's record until December 6, 2023. On October 11, 2023, the Clerk of the Court notified the court reporter that the reporter's record was due to be filed on or before November 6, 2023, and that no further extensions would be granted absent new and exigent circumstances. The reporter's record in this matter was originally due on July 7, 2023.
The court reporter has previously received four extensions of time to file the record. The court reporter, Diana Thrash, filed a fifth request indicating numerous reporter's records have been recently prepared and this is her only remaining record pending. The Court, having fully examined and considered the extensions previously granted in this cause, is of the opinion that, in the interest of justice, the court reporter's request for extension of time to file the record should be granted by order.
The extension requested by court reporter, Diana Thrash, is granted, and she is hereby ordered to file the reporter's record in this Court no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 6, 2023. Failure of the court reporter to file the record by the date and time herein set forth shall result in the issuance of an order to show cause.
