ORDER
Appellant filed a notice of appeal on August 25, 2020; the filing fees were due on September 8, 2020. See TEX. R. APP. P. 5, 42.3(c); In re W.J.C., No. 04-05-00532-CV, 2005 WL 3477883 (Tex. App.—San Antonio Dec. 21, 2005, no pet.) (mem. op.).
Before the due date, Appellant filed a motion for an extension of time to pay this court's filing fees. See TEX. R. APP. P. 5. Appellant noted he is currently infected with the COVID-19 virus and is unable to complete his statement of inability to afford payment of court costs.
Appellant's motion is GRANTED. Appellant must file his completed statement or pay this court's filing fees by October 8, 2020.
