On November 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Docket Index No. 6). Also on November 6, 2023, respondent filed a second Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Docket Index No. 8).

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (Docket Index No. 8), filed November 6, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.

Respondent is advised that, if he is seeking to amend a previous filing, he should file an amended filing and, if he is seeking to amend a certificate of service, he should file an amended certificate of service.
