On June 27, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Vacate due to an error in the Decision document entered and served on April 12, 2023 (docket entry 12). On June 27, 2023, the Court received an email from petitioner's counsel (forwarded by respondent's counsel) stating there was no objection to the granting of the Motion to Vacate. The Court will grant the motion and strike docket entry 12 from the record. It is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Vacate is granted, in that the Decision entered and served on April 12, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced docket entry 12, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before July 31, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court corrected Decision documents.
