On May 2, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Notice of Final Determination for Disallowance of Interest Abatement Claim and To Strike. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 25, 2022, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss as to interest abatement claim. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that motion to dismiss.
