ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge.

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan Trial Session. On February 9, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. By Order served February 11, 2022, the Court ordered petitioner to file an objection to respondent's motion by March 11, 2022 and set respondent's motion for hearing at the trial session. Petitioner filed an objection to respondent's motion on March 22, 2022. Thereafter, on April 1, 2022, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving all issues for taxable year 2018. As a result, the Court will enter the Stipulated Decision into the record in due course.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed February 9, 2022, is hereby denied as moot, and this case is stricken for hearing at the above-referenced trial session.
