Pending before the Court in this case, in addition to the motions for partial summary judgment filed by the parties, is a motion to withdraw as counsel for petitioner by Anson Asbury, R. Brian Gardner, III and Andrew Vasquez, filed October 25, 2021. Petitioner's counsel state in that motion that counsel for respondent does not object to the granting of their motion. On November 22, 2021, petitioner filed an objection to the motion to withdraw stating, among other things, that petitioner has been unable to find acceptable replacement counsel. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 24, 2022, James M. Adams, Managing Director for Lontrac Management, LLC shall file with the Court a status report detailing his attempts to secure new counsel in this case, or in lieu thereof, if petitioner has secured new counsel, that counsel should enter an appearance in this case. The Court will then take further action as deemed appropriate.
