Before the Court is appellant's August 10, 2022 unopposed motion to amend/correct his brief. Appellant explains the brief he filed August 5th included an unintended sub-header that affected the index, and he seeks to correct those mistakes.
We GRANT the motion. We ORDER the amended brief be filed no later than August 16, 2022 and RESET the deadline for filing appellee's brief to September 6, 2022.
