PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered May 30, 2019 (docket No. CA 19-02307), and having moved to consolidate that appeal with the appeal from an order of said court entered March 13, 2020 (docket No. CA 20-00672),

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as is seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered May 30, 2019, is dismissed without prejudice to a motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed without prejudice.
