In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 28, 1960, denying its motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of prosecution. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
