Appeal, No. 17, March T., 1940, from order of Superior Court, April T., 1939, No. 207, reversing judgment of C. P. Allegheny Co., Oct. T., 1938, No. 1537, in case of Robert W. Logan v. Sarah Hooper Glass. Judgment affirmed.
Assumpsit.

Affidavit of defense raising questions of law sustained and judgment entered for defendant, before McNAUGHER, EGAN and RICHARDSON, JJ., opinion by RICHARDSON, J. Plaintiff appealed to the Superior Court which reversed the judgment of the court below. Appeal by defendant to Supreme Court allowed.
Errors assigned related to the action of the Superior Court in sustaining plaintiff's assignments of error and to the entry of its order reversing the judgment.
