On March 22, 2024, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that decision bears an incorrect Docket No. in the caption and page headers, improperly omitting the small tax case "S" designation.
The premises considered, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 16, 2024, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration.
