Appeal, No. 33, May T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, of Dauphin County, No. 195 of 1961, in re estate of Mike Lock, deceased. Decree affirmed.

Election by surviving spouse to take against will. Before SWOPE, P. J.

Petition by executor to revoke and set aside election discharged, and election by surviving spouse allowed. Executor of estate appealed.

George W. Gekas, with him Earl J. Melman, and Melman, Gekas and Nicholas, for appellant. Walter K. Swartzkopf, Jr., with him Rhoads, Sinon Reader, for appellee.


Decree affirmed. Each party to pay own costs.
