Joseph W. LOCASTO, petitioner, v. CITY OF CHICAGO, etc., et al., respondents.


Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in Locasto v. City of Chicago, case No. 1–11–3576 (02/29/12), dismissing the appeal for want of jurisdiction. The appellate court is instructed to take the appeal and consider the issues presented on the merits. All of the parties who were defendants in the circuit court should be included as parties to the appeal.
