On August 3, 2021, petitioner filed in the above docked matter a Motion for Leave To File Second Amended Petition (inadvertently misdesignated as a Motion for Leave To File Second Amendment to Petition) and simultaneously lodged therewith the corresponding Second Amended Petition.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the August 3, 2021, motion shall be recharacterized as a Motion for Leave To File Second Amended Petition. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's just referenced Motion for Leave To File Second Amended Petition, filed August 3, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file petitioner's Second Amended Petition, lodged August 3, 2021, as of the date of this Order is served.
